What Is EnergiLass®?
EnergiLass® is a unique supplement product series formulated to correct nutritional deficiencies of forage crops normally fed to beef animals for maintenance and production. EnergiLass® is a cooked, hardened blend of molasses solids, fat, protein, minerals, and vitamins. PNP® (Protected Natural Protein) makes up a significant part of the crude protein found in EnergiLass® products. PNP® allows ruminants to utilize protein more efficiently.

An exclusive manufacturing process combines the EnergiLass® nutritive ingredients with only 2% to 4% moisture. This process makes EnergiLass® products higher in energy and total digestible nutrients compared to many competitive products. EnergiLass® contains no chemical hardeners or intake inhibitors. Controlled consumption
The physical form of EnergiLass® ensures a slow, steady intake of nutrients to increase utilization of forages. EnergiLass® is solid when first presented to livestock, but soon forms a thin layer of soft, viscous material on the surface as it draws moisture from the air. This layer is readily consumed by animals, which then go on to consume more forage. Moisture from the air and previous licking softens the product surface and the cycle is repeated. This allows nutrients to be introduced to the digestive system enhanced by large quantities of saliva, which minimizes rumen pH variations.
